I was a poor listener early in my life. Sometimes my self voice was more important than what was going on around. Sometimes I was too busy trying to figure out something smart to say. Learn to listen and learn it now.

At the end of the week write down three things you learned from customers or employees. Can you come up with three? If not, keep working and improving your effective listening skills.
